[GI] Quarantine Zone

Okay so they say they have fixed this so only 8 people can be in this map at a time. I know we need an Immunizer CPU as stated in the Event FAQ but then it gets confusing as I have never seen any "rolls" when collecting the Blighted Gygerthral Alloy Box and the Plagued Gygerthral seem to not be in the game anymore. The QZ "Permanent" Thread says it requires at least 2 people to start but the Event says 4 how are these selected? How is the limit controlled? I know in Hades Gate we must be in a Group (maximum 5 Players on same level), I believe the LoW Gate is the same way, however I have never tried it.

Since this is a "Permanent" feature in the game could we fix the FAQ so we are not directed to the Event FAQ, but instead update the "PERMANENT" with the appropriate information (basically a cut and paste and re-format as originally posted) to help prevent the confusion?

Here is my assistance in making the corrections, just open the spoiler. Hopefully with FULL access to editing you can just "cut and paste" the information and transfer it to the QZ FAQ and apply the answers to the questions I brought up.

Blighted Gygerthrall has a 50% chance to drop an Alloy Box.



Inside the Alloy Box there are 3 separate rolls to get Hybrid Alloy:

So if a player gets all 3 rolls then they get 4 Hybrid Alloy from 1 box.

The Blighted Gygerthrall is spawned by killing Blighted Kristallon.

Quarantine Zone

To gain access to the Quarantine Zone players must craft an Immunizer CPU. The QZ will only have 1 life, you will not be able to use the Immunizer CPU whilst in the QZ to grant you additional lives.

Immunizer CPU assembly cost:

• 30 Hybrid Alloy

The QZ portal will be in the center of the x-7 maps.

The Gygerim Overlord lies waiting at the end of the QZ. Depending on its health, it will behave differently.

Boss Reward:

*These rewards are split evenly between pilots

1 Quarantine Zone Boxes are dropped for each player.

Players must damage the Gygerim Overlord in order to gain the rewards.


Upon completing the Quantine Zone there is also a 15% chance to receive a LF-4.


Boosters

Payment

Boosters can be found in the extras section of the shop. Duration of boosters is real-time.

The effect of the Special Combo Booster does not stack with the effects of the Benefit and Probability booster, however it does add to the duration.

There are a couple update items in the 2 posts I combined >Quarantine Zone< and >Plague Alert FAQ< that I could not format as originally posted, first was a clarification from the 21/4/2017 announcement (about the rebalancing of the QZ oil) and the other looks like a quote of the same thing that I have included in lavender text but is inside a "Quote Box", but since these are the same thing maybe just a single posting would be fine but the clarification the the QZ thread was more confusing than the second one (looks like it might need some number editing).

I have to agree as it is very confusing to me. Where do you roll for the Hybrid Alloy? I have a dozen Hybrid Alloy from the 13 Blighted Kristallon and 22 Blighted Gygerthrall they spawned, but have never seen any "rolls" as to how many I got from them.

I like what you have done for the Mods, but the questions need to be answered and there seems to be some parts that are not exactly as they should be.

I do say good job for a compilation, maybe someone can give some better direction and corrections can be made then have this replace the FAQ that is there now. I also like that you included the reference threads in the post.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'd love to update the faq' as the current list is what we had received from the Developers/Support and is just a bit out of sync.

Our apologies for lacking in this area, sometimes we do not have the time to go through every thread and update them. Personally I try my best at keeping things up to date and formal here, but any inputs are gladly welcome. Once you have a final revised faq' draft(can either include other tips from other members) we'll update the original faq' and a special thanks will be added to those who contributed.

 

@Deter Thank you for this but I have done as much as I can as I do not know that much of the QZ itself and trying to get more information about it so I can be better informed when I get enough of the Alloy to actually access the Zone but don't want to be stuck in limbo like so many trying access the UBA or Refractions and having to wait for support to free my ship from captivity, causing even more issues as I lose Bonuses and Boosters and whatever else was going on in the game.

One thing I have noticed is there is no set amount of Gygerthrall's we get from a Blighted Kristallon (1-3), is this what they refer to as a "Roll" for the Hybrid Alloy?
