[GI] Question about shield

    Some players have a kind of red orb surounding thier ship sometimes.
    It is the same as the bubble shield but it looks red sometimes.
    Is that some kind of a skill,PET protocol or something else? I hope you understood what I am talking about

    Could also be the visual of the Diminisher ship design: "Weaken Shield" ability to increase damage to enemy shields by 50%.
    The visual affect is a "Red Glow" surrounding the affected ship.
