[GI] Rampant Boting not apprehended or sanctioned

    Dear Admin,

    Its not accusing other of botting but obviously, they are rampant these days. Some I met and join on private chat sharing their screenshot of the Cheat program to take advantage on others. One I knew, report this with proof, but no action from bigpoint.

    How come, they aren't sanctioned? Its unfair for real online players like me.

    Need an strong answer regarding this matter.

    Hello Natsumi,

    Regarding Bots and Cheats, there is a dedicated thread where users can voice their concerns on these issues. Forums>Users' Corner>Speakers' Corner>Bots&Cheats. Please read through a few replies to get a brief idea of what everyone has in mind.

    Bots and any third-party script will be detected by the scripts run by support, a process which is fair for everybody. From there any users who were detected shall receive the appropriate punishment. We Moderators/Admins assist the players in forums and within chat, the in-game element is left to Support and the Developers.

    Closing as referred to appropriate thread.
