[GI] Re-calculate Speed on ships with Afterburner

Listen to me on this I am right on this matter.... There is a glitch on the speed with ships with abilities.. I can prove it. We are not getting the 5% percent speed increase that the wheel formation is guaranteed to do on ships. The only ship that is calculated correctly is the Tartarus, when the effect is on you can add wheel formation and and it will work perfectly. Now if you add the wheel formation and afterburner you don't get your 5% increase or on any other ship with that type of ability it will not work only works for the Tartarus. When I bought the formation it did not say it is only effective on certain ships only, or it didn't say it will not work with ships that have afterburners, it didn't say that. So that is a glitch that needs to be addressed. Take a Lighting Vengi.. max is like 748 top with effect on... Now with Wheel there has to be a 5% increase if wheel is added and its just not working... The formation did not say that when I bought it.... It said 5% increase on speed that I am not getting. The speed of a Citadel is 240 with no generators, now adding 20 G3N-7900s with no promerium in generators will be 440.... You get 20% in performance if you add the promerium to the generators, that will brings up the speed to 528 if you use the Over-Drive the speed goes up to 540 max... Here is the deal: If I use wheel formation my speed is going to go to 554 Max. Now if I hit the booster the speed will remain the same I am not getting the over drive bonus which is 26 on top of the 554 which brings the new speed to 580 give or take

Same with the Vengeance Lighting ship you don't get the the After Burner bonus... This is something to look into We are no getting the Bonus that the Wheel is suppose to give and the new speed for a Lighting with the 5% increase is 785.4
