[GI] Rebate & Lightning Vengi Design Question

Hey,

I just have 2 quick questions for anyone who knows the answer:

1) Will purchasing rebate reduce the price to reset my pilot bio by 25%?

2) What is the current cool-down time for a lightning vengi ability (assuming no cool-down booster are active)?

1) Yes, Premium and Rebate effects Pilot Bio reset cost.*

2) The cool down of Lightning's Afterburner ability is 3 minutes without any cool down boosters.


*Also going off current price it is for me which is 44.8k Uridium: reset cost starts at 1k then doubles after each reset, so without Prem/Rebate cost would be 64k(Of course 30% off that is exactly 44.8k).

I was debating to assemble the lightning, I remember when the lightning came out the cool down was over a hour and now its like 3 minutes? Unbelievable.
