[GI] Refractions tab is blank

    I'm unable to play on the new cross server as my Refractions tab is blank
    Tried clearing cache, new browser, incognito, ship warping etc etc nothing
    My noob account however can play 1st try all the time
    Any fixes available or do I have to sit and wait till reset?
