    They do have a problem with Refractions. Problem is known and has/is being worked on. It was advised that until such time as a 'fixed' announcement is given by the developers, that players avoid entering Refractions.
    Some players have ended up stuck in the R zone and will require a trouble ticket to begin extrication procedures.

    We do not see a permanent fix for Refreactions/UBA any time soon as most of the teams resources are working towards the server merge project. We hope it will meet your expectations as much as the current cross-server features.
