[GI] Reward port Kuiper

Passed port Kuiper. The award was given to Design G-PAECEMAKER. This design I already have. Why is the payment of 200,000 uriliuma for existing design has not been given?

because that is not part of the gate reward thats is extra for the GG weekend but as im aware if u have it you should have gotten 15k uri for teh gate and 10k for teh design as you already have it

 

That's the same issue i had got they closed my thread and said to contact support...Congrats SUPPORT is busy contacting me even after 2 days of reporting

 

Look in your Uridium Balance Logbook and you will see that the Designs assigned from the G G Weekend Bonus have been booked as 10K uridium for collecting a bonus box (if you already own the design). They are aware of the bug and are at least giving some reward for the inconvenience of being assigned a design you already have. As the information says "you will not receive a duplicate design" be thankful they are even giving the extra Uridium for their error.

Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. The 200k Uridium reward is only a substitute for receiving a duplicate ship of which you already own for the following ships;

o Aegis Elite
o Citadel Elite
o Spearhead Elite
o Goliath Venom
o Vengeance Pusat

The G-Peacemaker is not a listed ship thus the 200k uridium was not booked. However, if you currently do have the G-Peacemaker already in your hangar you should have received a small uridium sum which may be seen in your Uridium tab under "Balance".

We ask if you the Original Poster have any other Questions/concerns or may we close?
