[GI] Seprom

Heloo! when i send 2000 Promerium and 2000 seprom to my ship from skylab and transport and send. I only receive the Promerium on space screen ship cargo and don't get the seprom. Where is/has the seprom gone? and yes i have enough cargo space. thanks

 

The Seprom shows only in your refining interface as it cannot be sold, open your refining window and go to the update section and you will see the Seprom you have sent from your skylab there ready to be used for upgrading, you should upgrade A.S.A.P as until you upgrade the Semp will remain in your cargo bay and should you be shot down a percentage of Semp will be lost.

 

Hello Mmm maby i didn't explain it properly but when i send seprom from skylab to ship i don't get it in my cargo so i cant upgrade my ship.

 

The next time your skylab is ready to send rocks make sure your cargo bay as been emptied and send just 1 rock of semp the transport time will be very short, once it is ready to transport to your ship transport it, mouse over your cargo bay bar and it should show up as having a total of 1 cargo. Go to your refining button and open it and then the upgrade window and look to see if the rock you sent is there if it is not you may need to send a support ticket with your problem.

 

Did you check to make sure the seprom was even sent like did it get taken from skylab or was skylab still full of seprom?

 

Thanks for the video but I cant watch it. It says I must log in to view it but lol I am logged in as I am writing this post. Anyways my seprom refinery had a total 9079/9079 when I sent 2050 it now shows 7051/9079 so it is taking it off but not getting it in cargo. I got a feeling that my problem has to be sorted by support so will email them. lol I have been playing this game for 6 years so am sure its not me and rather a more serious issue so think I should go with USS-IRIES advice arg thanks

 

Take screen shots so you have proof of what is happening or they won't be able to help you, and it will just further delay the issue for you.

He could always use Promerium (I know it is not as good but it is better than nothing) and just load enough to use that day or until Support figures out what is happening.

 

That would suck hopefully they will fix it for you before your shields and rockets run out of minerals. They are on holidays till the 3rd so don't expect it before then. Have fun
