[GI] server error code 500

    When I attempt to send Promerium from skylab to ship, The page goes white and I get server error code 500.

    This is not a user based issue, I have another account on the same server and it works fine.

    Yes I have cleared cache and made sure flash is up to date, Basically one account works fine the other account skylab brings you to server error code 500

    Sever error 500 is a generic message given when no specific message can be given to cover the problem, in the norm when the sever cannot complete a request for a number of reasons that are sever related and not browser related. When such messages appear you should make a note of date time and server, and send to support with the error number and what task you were performing at the time of the error. This will then help the tech team to look for and find the problem and fix it.

    Thank You all for your replies and assistance. The problem was corrected this morning when the server reset. I was unable to play or do ore transfers for 24 hours , so I tried a similar but different game instead .

    I feel like I should have gotten better customer assistance The response of it being my fault and needing to do another cache clear and checking flash was WRONG This was a Dark Orbit server issue but they did not or would not admit it . Blaming a customer or user error when it is a server issue is a GREAT way to lose customers. Please close rant over
