[GI] Server problems

I dont know if it is just global europe 1 but everything is just not working, everything happens 1 minute after i have done something, flying to base and see that npc is shoting on me from far away on the minimap, as if it were a long delay.. when i try to shot an enemy nothing happens...jumping gate takes forever etc etc

this is happening still i have wiped computer clean, logged out and in, tested firefox, explorer, chrome.. and tested it on other computers, my clan members from all over the world also experience this.

you have not yet announced that there is a problem, but you must have gotten some more questions about this no?

They have actually stated in other threads that there is no problem with the server. Biggest issue is there are too many people having issues for it to be our individual computers. The biggest issue is that FLASH Player is becoming unstable and until D O makes the change away from Flash it is not going to get better any time soon.

 

Same issue still persist for the 3rd day now, waited so long for the double GG event and now it's ruined !
It's definitely server problem, it's more coding problem as it's happening on different servers.

I believe in ge1 is the most visible because of the huge amount of online players . In the morning I managed to do a kappa gate without a single piece of lag , but now in the evening the lag makes the game unplayable . It's definetely not players' fault/computers/internet , but server side which most likely can't handle it .

 

A friend of mine said the same thing, this morning gg was all good, i tried the last waves on zeta this evening, and it froze every 30 sec until i was finished.
If ge1 is big enough server to lag like this, i hope they dont combine it with another GE server, think the amount of lag with those extra players

So why is that? Why do D O not think there is another better then Flash?

 

Im losing rebate so im pretty upset I started to see the problem yesterday come on today and still the same problem its actually worse for me today cant even get into the game,I need to farm cubes for my lf4 upgrades cant do that if DO cant afford better servers never in a million years Have I played a game where the server is so bad that it effects game performances never till now and its just sad flash player is no longer even suggested to be used move on from it upgrade,flash has been dying out for years now.

and I want compensation for lost of rebate and premium or my money back either way works for me.

 

Its quite obvious there is an issue, and that issue its from the game's end. However, since you have already invested a lot of time at the forum should know better that no one here can accommodate your request. I would suggest, send a ticket to the support, I for one will do that for the reasons you've mentioned. The forum can't do anything about it.

 

Zoey, I am sorry you are experiencing trouble with the game. Sometimes during events, especially popular ones such as Double Gate Rewards, There can be a bit of lag. You can try logging on at different times of the day to see if the situation improves. You can also try switching to 2D mode or reducing the graphics quality to see if it makes a difference.
Regarding compensation or refunds, those must go through Support as there is nothing we can do regarding that in Forums.

I have the "worst" graphics and so on just in case always, this started before events and i logg in serveras times a day and it is still the same, i know support is the way to go on lost stuff but im trying to discuss in general.. Why do you not change Flash to something else? Why is that? 10 billion players cant be wrong?!

We ask if you could please clear your Cache/Flash and check if you have the latest Java update or try using a different browser if any of the mentioned above do not help your situation. Regarding your concern about "Flash" the Dark Orbit Team is well aware of this and have a couple of ideas how to encounter this situation and previous requests of users wanting a down-loadable version.

We have passed these current connectivity and log-in issues on up and have been notified by Support/Developers that it is due to“high unwanted traffic” (ddos). Support are also aware of current Performance issues are being looked into.

Please do keep an eye out for further updates here on the Forums Official/Technical Announcements.
