    If I click on most of the ships, a shield like white structure pop ups.

    Please tell me what is that?

    Thanks for assisting the OP,

    Hello @Regal762 ,

    As stated above the bubbling you see is a cosmetic effect of having your shield mechanics maxed out.

    Do you have any further questions or can we close?
