Is it worth it to have Heat-seeking missiles maxed out 5/5 so i don't need to use the tech for 100% Precision

 

Well Heat-seeking 5/5 only gives a small percentage where Precision is 100%. That would give you 5 points to use elsewhere.

 

It's not worth it.
I believe 5/5 on it only improves it by 5%. Spending the 5 points on it is not worth, spend it on other parts.
Using the 100% tech is really good, once you hit a high amount of credits, just let the precision cook in the background when you log on. I have around 500 atm, but I rarely use it xD

 

Most PvP pilots don't use this at all.

1. Engineering (1)pp
2. Ship Hull (I+II) full
3. Shield Engineering (I+II) full
4. Bounty Hunter (I+II) full
5. Evasive Maneuvers (I+II) full
6. Electro-Optics 5 pp
7. Rocket Fusion full

thanks but i know how to do my skills, i have 37 and i've made all box skills so when i reset them and make with 31 the bounty I+II and evasive maneuvers I+II + electro optics and i have 6 more skills thats why i'm asking for the rocket damage or the rocket precision and it's 12% when you make it 5/5 i saw many players who use this skill and their 3030 miss almost never. Anyway thank you guys for the responds i will think about it and maybe make the DMG of Rockets 5/5 (15% more dmg). Mods can close

 

I have maxed out that skill and it still misses but if you want to use
30 30 rockets use the lab Precision targeter if you want dem to work right
