[GI] Some Clarity Please

I logged on today to find I have way more Uridium than when I logged off last night. Upon some further investigation I found in my banking log..

• 19.12. 06:34 System refund + 2,750 U.
• 19.12. 06:34 System refund + 2,750 U.
• 19.12. 06:34 System refund + 16,500 U.
• 19.12. 06:34 System refund + 16,500 U.

Some Clarity about this would be good thanks in advance.

Did you happen to purchase Uridium on Dec 12?

 

Dec. 12 was a Tuesday so that's no. My Uridium Purchases are always on a Friday or Sunday.

I've gone threw all logs and stuff can't seem to figure it out.

Looks like you may have purchased some PET Stuff and they overcharged you so they corrected the issue for you. A request to Support might explain it better. There is another thread where the "Doubler" was not working so this could be correcting the failure of that being given to you.

 

My apologies for the incorrect date, meant to say the 15th. Our records indicate it was a script for the small amount missing uridium from all happy hour purchases on 15.12.

Do you the Original Poster have any further questions or concerns?
