    alright I know darkorbit description of everything can be really vague/confusing. I am request Adims to clear this one for me :

    "Spectrum
    You have a Spectrum? Then you’ll be excited to hear about the advances in ‘Prismatic Shielding’ that we’ve made.

    The science team analyzed the data from thousands of Spectrum confrontations, identifying a flaw in the design. Working with this new data they’ve managed to reduce the cooldown to 90 seconds, without compromising the Spectrum’s ability to soak up damage.
    Don’t you just love science!"

    I get it that cooldown is 90 sec but how long ‘Prismatic Shielding’ last i am seeing lot of players have this thing going on forever.

    It's just a graphical glitch. Where someone uses Spectrum and jump port the visuals seem to linger for a while, but I'm sure the abilities advantage doesn't stick around. I keep getting this bug and it's quite annoying to be honest.
