[GI] Still haven't fixed the auction

    No matter how many times I use the auction. I can plan on being stopped in the last 30 sec. to fill out the robo check. It happens so much that it's starting to make the auction completely non usable for me. Tryed asking support for help but they just told me to get my bids in earlier. They don't understand how auctions work!!!! To all who ever needs support I say your on your own, they will not help. I lost 2 lf4s, missions I was doing and now the auction has an bug they refuse to even look at. You ever wonder why this game is dropping players as fast as they join. That would one of the reasons. Remember to contact support is as useful as beating a dog. You will get no where.

  2. There must be something in you computer settings causing this as I am not having any issues like you say you are and I am bidding all the way up to the last 8 seconds of the auction. I have seen the Captcha about 3 times and they were always early (15 minutes or more left to bid) in the auction process. Have someone look at your Internet security settings and browser preferences.

    We did this the only thing i run is an add block. That I will not remove, Before i would remove I would stop playing. I even let this site show adds but it didn't fix it. I hate adds. I'm the guy who will never buy something off you if you bug me. Send me an add I not buying. If I'm looking for something and find your product thats another story. Some of my buddies tell me its does it because I'm a free player. Today 6 bids 1:30 seconds till end of auction I had to fill it out today at 5 am auction.
    they should just make everone who wishes to be in the auction fill it out before they start bidding. Problem solved. Then it can't stop someone from bidding and loosing the things they are bidding on. My last 3 times talking to support went no where but why would I be supprised. I'm starting to think the support team is the receptionist.
     
  4. Well I have the same sentiments towards the Support team. But I am also not spending money on the game and am not having the issues you are having with or without ad blocker (Chrome is automatically turned on and Opera is an option), this being said I believe there must be some other setting causing this issue and you might want to try to find one of LAGI's Technical assistance posts and see if they might suggest a fix to the issue.
