[GI] Stuck at establishing connection

    I had been stuck at establishing connection for awhile and when it connected it asked for repair ship because I got killed by NPC. When I clicked to repair it ,it got stuck again and connection error.Tried to reconnect so much ways.Even change using hotspot from my phone. Nothing works.I tried to clear all of cache,change browser,reboot twice,reboot my router and even reinstall Java(both 34&64bit). Then I tried to to use my friend account to log on to my PC and same browser,it can be played.So I assume there is a problem with my account? Could you be kind enough to fix this? Thank you. Sorry for my bad English.

    I got the same issue.
    Confuse I tried everything in in previous forums, nothing helped, plz any mod or CM fix the issues.:(

    Hello both newein94 and KiritOo47... Firstly with a problem like this it is always a good idea to mention the Server that you are concerned about in the Title as then others who may be involved can come directly to the Thread and/or post their own server for reference to the people that need to know...
    I know its been said before but in addition to clearing your Browser Cache and Flash cache you could try restarting Computer and your router as, apparently, it can have some effect... otherwise send to Support or wait for other help here...

    interesting I have also found that to happen some time in the past where if I change to another server then immediately my original server is fine again... interesting that you too have this experience...

    Hello sorry for that since I am new to DO forums, I play in Global America 1, also after 2-3 hours of trying I changed to other anther server and again switched to GA 1, I was able to enter the game, seems weird and I'm still confuse what caused that problem, Thanks a lot for replying @theOtherKey I will sure next time keep in mind to give full information.:)

    Does this happen on a specific browser? (Firefox?)
    Does the issue only come up as Adobe Flash player errors?
    When does this issue start? Is it still persisting?
