    Hey so uh, i was checking out the subscription button in the booster section of the shop and i was wondering what it does, there were no info on it and so i pressed it and i didnt see any changes, after pressing it for a few boosters, i realized my uri went down.. i had no idea subscribing would've spent your uri, can someone help? if i had known, i wouldnt have spent it.

    Edit: I cancelled it, do i get my uri back?

    Edit 3: The other reason why i did it was cuz i thought it was going to be in your shopping cart and i wanted to see how much all 4 of the boosts would cost me for when i wanted to buy it with real money (in the subscriptions part)

    the subs for boosters are if you run our havinng the sub it will auto buy another booster so activating the sub without a booster it bought your first 10 hours if you dont cancel before those 10 hours are up it will auto but another

    you see the Subscribe button on the boosters and the subscription tab in the uridium page for your shopping cart and you kinda add the two together. i didnt realize it was going to spend my uri, i thought it was going to the shopping cart to buy with real money and i was interested to know how much it would've cost for the 4 boosts.. What i want to know is if i can get my uri back and the boosts removed. i havent logged in to the real game yet, cuz i feel like once i actually use it, theres no refunds.

    can try support but i doubt you get refund might tho cant hurt to try

    at top right of home page click the ? above shop that will direct you to support send ticket give them about 48 hours tho sometimes its fast sometimes it takes a while

    edit i did buy the lvl 3 guard mode gear for pet instead of the repair gear. support did swap it out for me

    Hello Tibberous,

    Thank you Venom~kilzs for assisting the user with their concern. Once you click the Subscribe button the booster will be purchased. As per the Booster FAQ' the Uridium required to buy such a booster will automatically be withdrawn from your game account, you can use the Cancel subscription button in its description to cancel your subscription.

    As stated you are welcome to Contact Support regarding you Payment/Uridium purchase.

    Closing as answered/referred to Support.
