  1. Got 2 emails from DO about the event this morning. One Normal, another Suspicious

    here's what the Suspicious one says.....

    Hello IRON-THRONE,

    The bonus codes sent are legitimate and can only be used on the account to which was on the registered email. The codes are not meant to be transferred to other accounts or main accounts.

    That is not my ID# for my Account.
    And I am on US2 West ( Old East 3 ) Never heard of this Server 46

    Can you Clarify these Discrepencies?

  6. I have 2 of them so far and both of them are for accounts that don't have the same ID?
    also both of them say for different servers but i don't play any other servers.

    Hello IRON-THRONE,

    Yes you do have 2 accounts to the registered e-mail.
    • Each email is a reactivation email for a special account. The bonus code can ONLY be used on the account that is indicated in the email.
    • The emails are sent out to INACTIVE user accounts and not to active ones.
    • The bonus code that is in there is therefore a reactivation bonus code and NOT an event bonus code.
    This applies to everyone who received codes through e-mail. Everyone has to manually enter the voucher code if they wish to re-log into their inactive accounts.
     
  8. Hello Deter,

    How long until a account is registered as inactive. As far as I know, I only have the one account. I use it almost every day.

    However, I have, from time to time switched server for some reason or another, using the button provided on DO main page. does that mean I have accounts on those servers. As if that's the case, how come I only received 1 reactivation account, not two for the other servers I've looked at.
     
  9. For example: There is one particular email that references server 579; another for server 502; and a 3rd with no ID of server number.
    There were also ones that seem to be if German, the seem to indicate servers that I had clicked on by mistake 4 - 5 years ago.


    I guess that's cool, but I have no idea what server that could be.
    Was it GE7, USA 3 (East Coast), USA (West Coast) ?
    I have no cross reference of the server ### information.

    The User ID #'s do not match any ID I use.

    The email was sent to my Active Account that I play every day. I have a second account that I do not play, but log on to send/or sell Seprom and get the daily log on's for tho I don't play that ship (Saving for another Day) and that account has a different email on it

    So if this Code email was sent to my Main, I don't understand why. It isn't an Inactive Account
     
  11. I'd like to point out that ships on different servers are classed as their own "account". So if you play on both GE1 and GA1 under the same login, you technically have 2 accounts and will receive emails for each individually.

    Hello,

    According to the Clan backpage it used to be 4 weeks(correct me if i'm wrong) then the user would receive an asterisk next to their name. In this situation the codes went out to really old inactive accounts.

    Support can help tracing the accounts you have listed under your registered email, but we hope they do not get flooded with requests such as these as it swamps their "normal" ticket queue on top of existing issues.

    Correct, as your old inactive account has the same registered email as your current active account.

I think if BP actually ban bot's fix the game like they are trying to do maybe players will come back on their own but here is the thing, I have 2 accounts both on same server and i got 3 codes none of them work as i log in every day on both accounts so why am i getting an e-mail to try to get me back.
    Also last week when DO went down for 2 days right after i bought uri to purchase the xp50% booster i also bought box doubler for chromin rush event and wasn't able to access my account for 2 days, sent support an e-mail and they reply they don't give compensation to single players.
    I think things like this are driving players away i mean sure it was cause the servers were down but hey we all know it's just a click from any admin and there you go your 2 days back and in return (happy customer) means happy players but not here they just don't care if you pay for something and don't get it.
     
  14. Deter, my second account WAS on the same email, but has been changed to another one almost a year ago

    and it still don't answer why there was 1 sent to my Active Main Account

    and since they are both logged on every day, what gives?

    Unless these emails are concidering these Active acconts as inactive because we logged on to a UK1 Server in the past to find out what was coming out the next day during an event or something?

  15. I had an issue with two diff. codes sent to the same acct. One will work one will not.
     
  16. Apparently,.. if you logged on to another server and logged back to your own, that code was only going to work of that other server you went to.

    Example, I went to GB1 to see what was coming out the next day, then went back to my own. That Code would only work on the GB1 Server because the System saw it was a Dormant account and the email was ensentive to go back there to 'play' when in reality you just visited it to get information

That code was a joke anyways haha DO must think players will come back for 10k x4 heck most of them probably stopped playing cause the game is all automated now anyways, sometimes i am on for 4 hours but no one else is. All just talking in discord while all the bots are running. They probably all playing another game
