[GI] test server open

Test server is open I can log in back page to test server but ship page doesn't load why is this ,its happened for the last 4-5 test server openings rubbish really how do I leave feed back on something I cant test hmmm

how many others ship page isn't loading ?,...

 

This could be caused by too many players on the game console. I did not even try to access it as I was locked out of my account for 10 hours, just because when I tried to switch it sent me to the login page instead of the back page for the TEST2 server. I know it is a common complaint especially on a short window opening test. Also unless you have mastered the art of equipping a ship you spent most of your time trying to get the equipment loaded so you could fly the ship you just received and since everyone is in the same ship it is kinda hard to compare it to anything else.

 

cant be ....ive tested it on my sons pc he gets on every time with out fail just wont let my pc load test server star map but lets me play normally wth

 

Currently the Test2 server should be closed so that might be the problem. Like I say if they have a FULL server you will have trouble getting the map to load as they do not have enough capacity for too many people on that server. You may have to do a computer sweep to get the maps to load also. I know I have had the problems with the Test Server and gave up on being able to test the item they wanted to be tested. I think that for a true test of any item the server should be open 2-3 times a week at different times and allow players to build their account so it has some merit as to what they are doing, also to have the entire D O platform operational so they get a true program response instead of just what they want to see. They might catch some of these glitches we keep having to deal with all the time.

The test server is indeed now closed. We would recommend trying to clear your various caches and possibly a different browser on your computer to see if that would help in being able to open the game page. Do you, the original poster, have any further questions on this topic or may we close this thread?

 

tried all above and didn't work since test server came on my son could log in on his pc but I couldn't get on the ship page one mine

 

yeh I want to know if my ip is banned on test server .. why can I access all servers but when I log in to test my ship page wont load how does that even work...
why would changing browser change anything if I can play all servers but test there is obviously something wrong darkorbit side>?
