[GI] Transferring equipment from one ship to another

    I recently bought a new ship hull and went to transfer my equipment from my old ship and was unable to. These are the steps I took to do it:
    1. Went to hangar and selected my active ship
    2. select "manage"
    3. Selected the cog/arrow symbol to delete my configuration
    4. saw that all my equipment was in the inventory screen on the left hand side.
    5. refreshed my Hangar screen
    6. selected and activated my new ship
    7. went to manage screen
    8. there is NO inventory showing on the left hand side inventory screen.

    What did I do wrong?????
    Help please.

    This is a known issue. You may have to clear your browser, flash, java history/cache and re-log into the back page. You may need to look on the originally equipped ship and verify you deleted BOTH configs as equipment assigned to either config causes it to be unusable on any other ship.

    Thank you. I cleared my java history/cache and remedied the situation. I truly apprciate the help.
