  1. Hi, I've been sent emails and on my account I have tried to buy Uri but it says I owe $68 by 11/11/15. I have not spent a dime over $21 yet I am being charged $68. I don't have this kind of money I am only 14. What is the reason I am being charged? I'm very mad about this because I need premium but I cant buy it unless I pay it the money that I don't have and shouldn't owe.
     
  2. I think this is a support issue. Not sure any of the Forum Admins can help with this type of issue. Mind you I could be mistaken.

    Hope you get this resolved. My previous experiences with support have always turned out good.

  3. I know its a support issue, but I have sent support messages like crazy about this and no reply. Just hoping someone on here could help me..

    Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. There are many things we can do, but payment issues are something that we cannot. I'm afraid you would need to contact payment support for advice and assistance.

    Please give up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support does get busy and it may take longer.

    As it is a payment issue it may take longer to process than a general issue. I am unaware of the process when using payment support, however you will receive an automated response if you contact the general support.
