[GI] Update issues

Hello

I have serious issues.
1. I lost my Gamma gates due to lag and never got it back email support no response yet
2. I check my hangar Supposed to have 21 lf4 but only have 19 lf4 2 lf4 are missing I am shocked.
3. I have a PVP quest 22/30 goli have completed quest way back for past 3 days shows tha same statistics 22/30 but I killed plenty of golis and it did not change.

I have spent a lot of money in the game and feel deprived. Please fix the issue and compensate me as well.

Hello support is aware of the issues of equipment going missing and ships not counting for the PVP missions unless they are a basic design.
Be assured that support is working to fix this as soon as possible.


As for the lost gate, only support will be able to fix that, and currently they are flooded with emails and trying to fix all of the current in game issues so there might be a delay in response times, but be assured that they will get to you.

Now my drones are also not leveling up. I need my 2 missing lf4 back how long its going to take. I already opened another gam agate I still have not got the one I lost. The pvp quest still open stats not counting did complete it originally with 50% ep noosters and 20 % extra ep which I dont have now.

 

The PvP kills have to be Basic Ships until they get the crossover information uploaded to the system to allow for the NEW Ships to be seen as Eligible Kills. Drone leveling is done in Basic ships again cause by the New Ships not being recognized. If you sent a ticket to Support in the time frame required (within 48 hours) with information of date and time gate was lost they can replace that gate ONE Gate per 30 days, it is something that takes a day or two for them to research and reset and since they have so many other issues to respond to are taking a little longer than normal to respond to the messages being sent. Missing equipment is also something they are working on and they thought they had fixed you may have to send in a ticket for this and let them know what ship it was assigned to so they might see where it is, I know some people lost equipment assigned to Basic Ships that were duplicated and as they were removed the equipment was still attached to the ships and they just have to do a reset to make it available again.

 

Support is currently working to fix the drone issues, the missing equipment, and the fact that any ships other then base ships are not counting for missions.

And as I said in my last post, Support has many issues to deal with currently so response times will be delayed.

i have a problem i just get a new ship from auction and i cant move the weapons from the starter ship to my new ship and it is bugging me i have 3 fl 3's and i just want to transfer them i just dont know how i also cant move anything else it seems and i have never had trouble with this

Assuming it is not the same type of ship (Golaith for instance).
Click the ship that is equipped and then hit "Manage" this puts you into the familiar equipment tab. Click the "delete config" button nest to the config numbers (do this for both configs). Click the Hangar main button (refresh Hangar) select the new ship and then "Manage" it and load the equipment you want into it don't forget to load both configs.

If same type just different stats (not Pusat/Vengeance or Surgeon/Goliath) again select the equipped ship and click "Manage", near top of equipment tab mid right side see "Transfer System" this allows you to select eligible ships to transfer into, select the new ship and transfer the equipment to it. Verify all equipment made the transfer (fix what failed) "Activate" the newly equipped ship and go play the game.
