    Each upgrade takes a different amount of time. Some are fast but as you upgrade more, it takes more and more time to complete.

    was usually last friday every month at 19:00 server time, but havent play for a long time so no idea now.
    maybe it is still like that.

    It has been every 2 weeks on Friday At 7:00 pm since Jan 1,2016, but I lost track of when the last one was.... ; ( ..

    The last one I saw was on April 29 and was the first one in a long time, if they have had them every 2 weeks again there will be one tomorrow night (FRIDAY), but then I did not see if they had one on the 13th.

    I was actually tracking these in microsoft Excell and they were every 2 weeks. Currently I can not collect enough uri to upgrade my shoes so I stopped tracking the upgrade hour.

    They skipped about a month but should be back on track for tonight. The last one was actually May 13th.
