[GI] Uridium and Bonuses

Hi I need some advise.
I purchased the $150,000 bonus gifts as below on the 29th October.
I received the 150,000 Uri but not the bonuses.
All I really wanted was a Goliath Surgeon.
All I have got from the team is we are working on it.

They now have it up again.
Do I make another purchase or wait ???????
I cant believe that it is this hard to place pieces into a clients game.

IF you plan on buying Uridium anyway, wait till Sunday night and buy it during the MHH collect 450K Uridium for the same amount and collect another Hercules Design (not to mention 500 EE Spins) even if they do apply the previous award you are only out the second Surgeon which no longer has any value since you can not SELL extra/unwanted ships for credits anymore.

 

I still do not under stand why DO puts on the same bonuses when they have had such a huge problem with the previous one. Is it a scam?
I dont suspect so but you must admit it is not a good way to treat players.

 

Is the just happening in a USA server ? because on my GA1 server igot wat i paid for ! hmmm , Uno we are all Equal ryt! This better be a bug.

 

This thread... as it was an actual issue and not a general question, would have probably been better in the Technical Issues section.
Have you contacted support about this issue so that they can investigate the matter further.

If so, I would be patient and keep in contact with the support team, as they are the only ones who can investigate and verify the purchase and make any changes that need to be done.
