[GI] What is this?

    So i was invisible and running around my x-6 map, i saw 2 ufe fighting with 1 ufe, i ran away from them. On the way running ( not very far from them) i saw my mini map have this weird status like this :

    It happened in 1-2 seconds then the mini map back to normal
    Is there any special item can make this happen?

    Can't see the pic you have there but are you talking about a kind of static fuzz go threw the mini map? If so that is the visual affect of someone using an EMP.
