    I've opened 3 tickets and have waited since Sept 5 for 99.99 worth of uridium I bought during a mega happy hour bonus. I only recieved 330,000 and was supposed to get more than 1.5 m. What should I do? I feel like I've been forgotten.

    I've done this already and have contacted paypal because of the matter, I don't know why your doing this to me but this isn't cool.

    Well after I sent in my paypal, screenshots, bank information was patient, they are now telling me my bank canceled it? Nice try Bigpoint I have more than 30k in there. I am filing a claim through paypal. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced
