[GI] Why cannot change name?

    Why cannot change name anything ?
    It's problem i trying is like this 2 weeks

    Some special characters are not permitted anymore in order to remove a way for people to have blank names.
    They've added it a few weeks ago, that could be the problem

    Hello @kunoy ,

    As stated above if you are trying to use special characters in your username they are no longer allowed. If you are trying to use normal characters and still having issues you will need to contact our support department located at https://www.darkorbit.com/index.es?action=support with your userid, server, and the name your trying to use so they can assist you further.
