    The payment team is currently doing a script with booking the missing subscriptions. It’s still running and a lot of players already got it. But there are still a lot missing it.

    Hello,

    The script which was booking the missing premium to the player accounts went through and is finished now.

    Due to the error with the premium booking, the players who got the compensation missed out one day of premium from yesterday until today when we could fix the error. We’re going to book 1 additional day to those player accounts via script now.
    The script is already running but will still need a little while until it’s completely finished. Thanks for your patience!
