Next wave of merges

Hello Space Pilots,

The following servers will be merging tomorrow at 03:00 CEST:
- ES1 & ES3
- IT2 & GE7

Please try to not log into these servers until they have completed their merge, you will just find a maintenance screen. We will announce when the merge has been completed.

Hello,

Our latest merges, es1 + es3 and ge7 + it2, are now complete. Players should be able to log into these servers as normal now.

It may be that the ranking for things such as top user, experience, honor and so on is not displayed for the players following the merge, this issue will be resolved following the daily restart in the morning.

Unfortunately one issue did arise following the merge, the clan tags from ES3 have not carried over correctly and are currently being displayed as “es3_”. The team is aware of what caused the issue and the tags will be corrected, hopefully in a few days.

The Dark Obit team have resolved the Clan Tag issue on ES3/ES1 after the merge. The next round of merges is now planned for 10/11 of July which will include 4 Instance;

• GB2 -> GE5
• RU3 -> RU1
• RU5 -> RU6
• DE7 -> DE4

We are still working on the issue with inactive accounts on the merged servers, and hope to have a solution very soon.

Reminder to players on the following servers that the next set of merges are set to take place tomorrow (servers expected to go into maintenance at 3am CEST):

• GB2 -> GE5
• RU3 -> RU1
• RU5 -> RU6
• DE7 -> DE4

Auctions on these servers have now been disabled to prevent bids being lost during the merge process.

Merges are expected to take up to 48 hours to complete.

Please do not try and log into these servers whilst they are merging as you will get stuck - we will announce when they have been completed.

The next set of merges will be announced at a later date.

Are all now merged and will be back online in the next few minutes. We will announce the next merges soon, only 8 more rounds to go if all goes well!

• Please Keep in mind that inactive accounts are still not merged on ANY of the merged servers. We are still working on them, and expect them to be done in the near future. Thank you for your patience as we work through this issue. ​

The merge is planned to start on 31/07 at around 3am and expected to last up to 48 hours. If there’s any additional info or changes to the plan we will of course update you with the new information.

Apologies for the late update here, but the merges are complete and you are free to log onto the new servers. If you had an inactive account, you will still have to wait a bit to activate it. We are still working on merging al inactive accounts.
