The next round of server merges has started:

• DE1 -> DE2
• FR4 -> FR1
• TR2 -> TR3

These servers will be unavailable for up to 48 hours. *We are going to make an announcement when they are up again. *

Hello Pilots,

Due to some unexpected issues with the merge between DE1 and DE2, the decision has been made to cancel this ongoing merge.

We are currently restoring the servers back to their backup data which was taken on Monday. We hope to have the servers back online today using this backup data. The merge between DE1 and DE2 will be rescheduled for a later date.

We encountered some issue while merging the following servers yesterday, so the merge was canceled. We will restore these servers using our back-ups, and they will remain down until this is completed.

MX1/BR1 appears to have worked correctly, but we will wait for the tech team to check everything out before proceeding. We apologize for any inconvenience caused but we did not want to risk corrupting any data.

On October 9th, we will be merging the following servers:

On October 16th, we will be merging the following servers:

• AS1 --> GE7
• GA5 --> GA1
• GA4 --> GA2
• US1 --> US2

Servers undergoing merge will be unavailable for up to 48 hours.

Please remember that trying to access a server during the merge process may prevent you from being able to access the game until you contact support or until the merge process is completed. Also, the auction will be deactivated before the merges begin.

* We are also pleased to inform you that the merge of the inactive accounts has begun. This will be a lengthy process due to the amount of data being merged and we will update you here when we receive more information.

This merger will likely be completed tomorrow (October 11), there hasn’t been a problem detected with this merge, just the data takes more time to move due to the database size combined with the server location.
