Ongoing connection problems in DarkOrbit

    Hello SpacePilots,

    DarkOrbit and also other Bigpoint games are under DDoS attacks during the whole day already. This causes login issues across all Bigpoint games. Our colleagues from Tech and from our game teams are investigating and trying to solve the problems as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, we understand how frustrating this situation is for all of you. We are very thankful for all your feedback and support!

    Such attacks are very nasty and they are ruining the gaming experience for everyone. We already struggled with DDoS attacks on our US instances during the last weekend and since today all our servers are concerned.

    Our Tech team does what they can do to stop these attacks in cooperation with the security providers.

    We will definitely compensate you for your losses as soon as everything runs smoothly again but for the moment we need to hold out until the situation is stable again.
