[SC] April Patch Notes???

We heard your feedback so here it is.

We will have a sync/ patch tomorrow with the following:
- Improvement: Ice rockets cooldown reduced to 5 sec
- Improvement: All NPC HP and Shield increased by 2,100% in order to be more in-line with the original values on the game’s release, compared to now with the gradual damage increase over the years
- Improvement: You can now place your real-world items in the auction
- Improvement: In align with the recent trends, galaxy gateswill now be a battle royale system. Each GG will have endless waves and you must survive the longest during the week to receive the GG rewards
- Feature: You can now trade in your Cyborg, Hammerclaw, Hecate or Mimesis for 100 Phoenix.
- Feature: When encountering another member of the same company, a mewing sound can be activated.
- Balance: Mimesis base evasion increased by 20%
- Improvement: There is free icecream on 4-4

Does seem a bit of a shame that the only time you see a response from Devs to player feedback it is no more than a poor joke.

One has to wonder what DO staff actually do, it obviously has nothing to do with fixing issues in the game they get paid to design.

NB; Whoever the author of the original thread is - If that is the best you can do on April 1st, it is clear why the game is in such poor shape. You have no imagination or sense of what could be seen as realistic/funny in a prank, things anyone associated with game development should have.

 

Lol, I would've been a bit more wicked with the fool's joke, but probably more cruel:

- we have returned the game to its company vs. company roots. All clans have been homed to the clan leader's company, non-company members have been removed from those clans.
- we have patched all known bugs in the game.
- equipment and ship nerfs have been removed, restored to state when released; however, buffs were not removed.
- caps on seprom and prom have been removed.
- we have upgraded our detection of 3rd party programs that violate our TOS. Going forward, once detected the ship found using these wares will be deleted and the user account perma banned from DO.

Can you imagine how that would've gone over? Lol, also sad that we know it will never happen.

 

Hahaha. Giving you the evil genius pinky like "Mini Me" from the movie. A few things I'll submit that you seem to have forgotten?

1. R-zone is dead and has been removed. Failed experiment.
2. Q-zone is dead and has been removed. We give more i-oil from monthly daily login bonus than you can hope to achieve actually finishing this dumb gate.
3. Even though we fixed the problem with transfering your configs to a new ship, we've created 4 config custom slots you can create and configure for use in the game. (not my idea, but a brilliant one I've read on here and Kudos to whoever thought up that potential improvement).
4. We upgraded to a smarter chat filter, so that sending the word "grapefruit" is no longer cursed out as a forbidden offensive word.
5. Special event things, like Ice Meteoroids, restrict the maps to Company only, so that ALL ships have a chance at rewards. Also, during these events the maps will be PvE only, shooting at your company members is totally wrong, and dropping mines is disabled.

could you add some more maps to, based on player level? as anyone playing this game for the first time will just quit. this game is quiet enough as it is, we need need more new players
