  1. What the heck is this Game coming to? I log on to do Gates today and I find No Premium Bar, Kami's Cost to Repair?

    I got Premium till 1/2022! What the heck?

    The continuing and sprawling problems amaze me. I've never seen anything like this in a game or other commercial software product. Something is seriously wrong in the BP DO house, and having chat/forum mods plead for patience is not good enough. Obviously we will not be provided info about what is going on, that has never been the way with BP.

    Why are we still here?

    It's all fixed now. Now lets see if we can get a Day of Discounted Spins during this weeks Double Gate Rewards!
     
  7. I knew my premium shouldn't have run out.
    now i have to remember all my keyboard shortcuts for all my ships configs.
    So the uri for kami reps is gone.

    Hello Everyone,

    The script which was booking the missing premium to the player accounts went through and is finished now.

    Due to the error with the premium booking, the players who got the compensation missed out one day of premium from yesterday until today when we could fix the error. We’re going to book 1 additional day to those player accounts via script now.
    The script is already running but will still need a little while until it’s completely finished.
