[SC] gate lag and gate reset

My alpha is very laggy I sent gate reset to supprt and they refuse to reset it it took me 2 months to build alpha finally gave up on pally and spent real money to build it 1500 spins I bought on Tuesday lost gate on Tuesday cuz of gate lag waited two days for reset and Friday finally got answer and they said its been 48hrs no reset possible pls handle this pls help me sort this out and pls reset my alpha

 

Support is the only place that could help you and the ticket should have been created the day of the problem and if this is true then you should argue that it is not your fault that they failed to respond in a timely manner as you reported the issue as soon as it happened.

 

Give the guy his gate back. My god. And stop taking so long to reply to support tickets.

 

Well they are probably going to stand by his loosing the gate because he should have bought another life. He has not stated what wave he was on or how he lost the other 2 lives. Most of the players are asking for a LIFE back because of LAG not an entire gate and as such they get the life but it is really hard for them to regenerate a gate once it is lost. I always LAG out on the Kristallin waves because there are so many of them and have found it best to Kami these as much as possible to send some to the corners and reduce the lag caused by them. I also remove the names and any other stupid crud to try to reduce the LAG of these gates. I sent in a ticket once and it took 2 weeks for them to get back to me and by the time they did there was nothing they could do for me.

1 a month
report without 2 days
you cant set up the gate you have lost until they reset the old one

you must have asked for a reset after the 2 days as they will go back when u sent the ticket not when they reply and asking in forums wont change anything as support are higher then the people in forums if they said no it means no

 

I didn't start having any problem with gate lag till this weekend. I play on 2 different computers one of which is less that 4 months old and is build for gaming. It got so bad I would disconnected and have to log back in.

Not sure where you're getting your information from. DO can't give back lives but can give you the gate back if all lives have been used and the loss of the gate is the direct result of an in game issue.

Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. I'm afraid there is not much we can do about it here in the Forums. In the event that a player has failed a gate it is possible to contact support and request a courtesy gate reset. Courtesy gate resets are available to players every 30 days, however the player must contact support with 48 hours of the gate being failed. Players are only given 1 courtesy gate reset every 30 days.

You will need to Contact Support as you have and continue the matter through them. Support does have the final say in these matters.
