    For the past 2 hrs I have been sending request for my password change on my account with DarkOrbit with my Yahoo account ... I can still login with my account but in the Account Center DarkOrbit and my Registration there is no conformation request for a Password change ... For those that have a Yahoo account please be advised ...

    That's because your yahoo email is blacklisted :rolleyes: Had the same problem with my yahoo email :eek: But wrote to the support and got them and removed my email from the black list ;) And then everything worked as it should :D

  4. It happens when email get returned to D O but when you ask they can not give an answer to the question. I had the same issue with my "LIVE" email account by MSN even though I could get the other emails from DO or the automated system. I believe it may be just a matter of the database is being corrupted and the emails are not being protected properly. Not saying they are not secure just the data is being corrupted in the database.

    Thanks HMHY ... I sent a request to support ... I change my passwords up twice a year and especially when I get a new comp. I got the auto generated response so DO has my email active I am wondering now if the captcha verification code has something to do with it ... I did the coding correctly and it comes back as verified each time but there is no email sent to my Yahoo account to link the user password change.

I had everything you describe yet back then we were not having any issues with the Captcha and not getting the message from the Back Page, got everything else though, Support responded, after going back and forth 3 times, that the email address was blacklisted but could not explain why everything else came through except the account security message. They even went as far as to make me WHITELIST the possible addresses the items would be sent from, again I was not having issues with the other addresses.
