  1. hello, i havent played this game in a long time i have sent a message to support both from bigpoint support and in game support and havent received a ticket number to tell me that they have received my email, is this normal now or has my message just not been sent?

    You should have received an auto-generated email response looking something like this
    Bigpoint Customer Service Thank you for contacting Bigpoint customer support. We will aim to get back to you as soon as possible – in most cases you will be contacted by our support staff within 1 business day .
    Since your account has lapsed You may have to ask a moderator here to contact support on your behalf .... You will need your : old user account ID # , username and server which you play. Post the above highlighted information in this thread to help you start your inquiry. For what it appears you may have started a New Account to ask for assistance.You will also need you New user account ID# , user name and current server for this account. There may be an issue if both the old account and new account are on the SAME server with the same email address which may be in violation of DO's Terms and Conditions ... Best of luck with your inquiry

    Thank you for assisting the user with their concern. We do not contact Support on players behalf, we as moderators contact Support in the same manner any other player would.

    If you have contacted support the automated response would go to the email registered on the account. Please give up to 24 hours for a support response.

    Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue.

  5. Hi, no this is the same account just i usually post on German forum that's why i have no posts here. It was in my junk mail for some reason so problem is fixed.
