[SC] WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOW?

Seriously? Last weekend I did Epsilon during Kronos. Seems there was no way to credit the 2 (two) thats TWO parts towards the kronos. I saw I got some 'free' gate spins.

Cool, really? 2000 gate spins is not the same as the uri spins I used to build the epsilon. From many years of experience with this game and watching the patterns: Free spins pay less gate parts than uri spins. Just like we figured out not to spin gates during events as things get 'adjusted with chance'.

So I figured I would spin gates this weekend. Oh wait. What could be wrong there? You spin once and BOOM no uri or free spins! Have to reload page. Thats right you cannot spin more than once or twice in an already expensive part of the game. It took forever yesterday just to spin a Lamda gate. Today its WILDLY broken. I go to the gate page and every other time I have no spins or uri.

What are you people doing to the game? WE DO NOT WANT MORE OF THE BACKPAGE IN THE GAME! STOP STOP STOP! FIX the regular issues and cease mucking with unwanted changes.

 

USA east coast has been getting worse daily since the "migration of data centers".

Including our time reset to Pacific time which still has not been remedied.

I lost connection during the saimon wave of a gamma gate.( yesterday) Have NOT lost a life in a gate in years.

This am, hoping to take advantage of x2 gate rewards, I tried to use my FREE 2000 spins to build a zeta.

The back page lag is RIDICULOUS, 50 seconds to change a page.

If you click on the icons of the newsletter, the cursor jumps 1 box to the left( click first 1 and 3rd opens)

It is taking 54 seconds to place a bid in auction, I can usually do in under 10 seconds.

SO MUCH for my plan of building a Zeta or 2 today and actually doing them.

It is cold and raining outside and WOULD HAVE been a good day to play.................

If the business is OPEN then Tech support SHOULD be working on the problems and NOT have the weekend OFF.

Chain them to their desks until OUR GAME is fixed................O__O ................

This is a broken game issue with the gate page. I listed the failure points leading up to this weekend's not being able to spin gate parts...

Now its moved to be ignored like the other game problems.

No worries I took my mega money and went to steam. Maybe send an email when the game remotely works.

 

And what if you wait maybe for a month? Will the Free Spin turn into normal spin?

 

Maybe I can spin them without having to refresh the page each spin.

Honestly as with the cool rip off pet glitch in gates (pet wont pick up cargo after going to the next wave unless you turn him off and on = higher fuel hit each time)

What I see is a lot of players compensating on the 1 part lag glitch by popping off 100 spins. Wonder who benefits from that direction? I tried to explain how many multipliers get wasted but they say the 1 and 5 spins are borked. Now they are completely useless.

 

This happen when you switch between x1, x5, x10, x100 couse a lot of ppl clicking in gate and they can't process it, if you don't switch how much clicks you wanna use this never happen.

 

Indeed that is what I have also observed personally, but that doesn't change the fact that this should NOT be happening - I know for a fact it wouldn't happen up until a week or so ago when they messed up the server times (data migration or w/e as someone previously mentioned)

The 2000 gate spins is, to the best of my understanding, not a substitute for anyone who didn't get their double gate parts from Kronos last weekend (22/4) or those who lost out on double rewards day (23/4), among some of the unresolved issues still pending. It's compensation on the whole, as whether one issue affected you or several, quite frankly there were many issues that particular weekend ranging from all sorts.

Unless they say otherwise specifically, I would say we are still waiting news re kronos, etc.

However the first step last week was ultimately them getting to work on that clock, and while it still isn't correct on the US East - timed servers, at least the situation has improved from what it was [ie this weekend was not without problems but it's hardly what we saw the weekend before]. Now we just need to wait until we get word on the individual issues, and keep in mind issues from this past weekend will need looking at too.

NOT INDIVIDUAL ISSUES.... I don't know if u tried to build galaxy gate(global america and usa servers) last saturday/sunday but the lagg building gg's was horrendous, also the mainpage was really really slow(trying to change configs would take like 15 minutes if u were lucky)...

And this issue is happenning every weekend since the data migration on global america/usa servers.

 

"Individual issues" as in each issue separately, not as if one person experienced any of these things.

For example, resolving the Kronos day issue is one thing, resolving the double rewards is another, mhh it's own, etc. Just trying to blanket all of them as "it's all the same" just because it all follows the server data migration does not to justice to the individual issues themselves which all need attended to in their own ways.

well, apparently I was wrong and the gate spins are straight up the compensation for the double rewards. Kronos may or may not be apart of that.

Is there anyone looking at the gate spin issue where its so slow refreshing and pops up saying we dont have any uri without refreshing.

Yes the issue has been reported. Was in chat today on US1 and there was a brief conversation about spinning gates and posted about the 0 uridium issue. This is being looked into, however no fix date has been announced.
