[TEI] Double GG Compensation

I would like some clarification of this compensation:

• The compensation for the GG Double Reward Day on 3rd March will be Extra Energy like we did last week already.

Are the Double Day rewards going to be booked also or just Extra Energy?

 

Given the last double gg compensation, it’s safe to say the ee is the compensation you will be getting in place of what was lost. You might be able to obtain what was lost if you contact support, but I don’t know what they can or can’t do

 

Such a shame as people do the gate for the double rewards. Is it at least enough EE to rebuild the gate?

 

Both times they gave out around half EE required to build the specific gates you've finished. I guess it's better than nothing...

 

Is this fixed yet anyway? Holding on to gates for now.

 

We'll see tomorrow, they said they can't fix it within the day so if it happens again they'll send again EE compensations

 

Holding breath. I am in a gate building phase so knowing when this is actually fixed or rewards that we are actually doing the gates for would be nice.

Well now, I will keep spinning so I will have the gates ready when the fix is installed. Keep us in the loop.

 

Unless there is more to come, the compensation i received from having done 4 gates was 200 spins shy of opening one.

Compensation + 11,000 URI = double rewards for a single gate.

 

Its hard to call it. With the spins you do get lots of ammo, which I can also use but I also look for the exp boost. However, EE from 4 gates failing to open one makes me feel we are still at a loss. If they gave the missing reward and then the extra EE because we had to wait for it, I would be good. Actually, I would be good if they just gave the missing reward. I can pally for my spins as I am not in that kind of a rush.

 

The ONLY thing that came from the "compensation" due to a mistake on DO's part was, no money spent on URI for the foreseeable future. As with any company, do the wrong thing by your customers and some of those customers will not spend money with that company again.

I could care less about rank points but if they are a part of a reward for doing something in the game, I expect to get them.

As for the ammo from the "free" gate spins - the few thousand X2 and X3 only adds to the millions i have already, not much of a bonus there.

I wonder how many millions of dollars DO has lost over the years due to its lack of customer care and satisfaction?

 

That is my thoughts also. If we were supposed to get some, that is the first thing I expect to get, a substitute.

Have heard back from the development tech team, unfortunately no further compensation will be booked as players still received the standard gate rewards.

My apologies as we feel this is not what you wanted to hear.

 

Well your right, its not what I wanted to hear but it is a clear answer, and the one I was expected. Its better to hear how it is than to be left wondering in limbo. Bigboy is taking out the Kappa waves and I am hopping for no further GG issues in the future.
