[TEI] EXPO Pusat Design

I just purchased the EXPO Pusat design and I checked my hanger and it was not there it did not even appear I want my design right now or I want a refund for my purchase.

 

Sorry to hear that. Did you have the initial original pusat ship or did you just buy the expo skin only. The design will not work without the ship having been already in your hanger. I would suspect if you didn't, as soon as you buy the ship the skin will appear in your hanger my friend.

 

I didnt have original skin but I was told that designs were counted as ships I have 6 designs for goli that are not showing right now and I am really mad about this.

 

I can understand you being upset but there is a bright side, you will have a rare design waiting for you when you get the pusat.

 

there is meant to be a bug with the ships
1 designs not counting on kill quest
2 ships missing when people had them be4 the hanger update
3 ships people buying not showing
4 drones not levels up with skill designs

when they fix teh bugs they will give you the ship/s you payfor

 

Do you know if there is any way to get my uridium back .

 

You can try support but there is no guarantee that you will get a refund as this would classed as a user error.

 

unfortunately EXPO Pusat is just a design so if you don't have original ship Pusat you can't access it

 

XXXXXxFrAdLeYxX lol have a laugh you are getting really mad over nothing just go and get your pusat ship and your ship skins will appear, they will not give you a refund because you have the design you payed for you just don't have the ship the it goes with. Enjoy the game hope your happy with the design.

 

Ask support, they will give you a refund - just got a refund on an accidental aegis purchase.

 

You have to remember we now have SHIPS and Cosmetic Designs. If you do not OWN the Ship you will not see a Cosmetic Design.

CD's are Ship specific and if you do not have the ship being changed then you will not see the CD until you do own it, there is a drop down menu above the ship picture that hides the CD's for that ship, Basic Goliath, Elite Ships (Aegis, Citadel, Spearhead) have Frost, ALL Expo 16 ships are nothing except a Cosmetic SKIN and you need the Basic Ship to use them, and is why they are posted under Designs and not Ships.

Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. Regarding your Expo16 Design, It states in the "M.A.S.Q.U.E. Ship Expo"FAQ' Please keep in mind that the Expo16 versions of ships are vanity and only change the appearance of their respective ship. With that in mind you need to own the base ship to be able to select the vanity versions (own a sentinel to be able to select a Expo16 Sentinel, etc).
