    hello earthlings can u plz have a look as to y my chats missing for 2 day in a row now and i dont even have a chatban ?

    Send your ip address to support to have them check to see if it needs to be removed from the IP ban list. Mine seems to jump on there about once every 3 months. Makes me think they want to make sure where my home is. LOL :D It never goes out totally as I can go to work and other places and it work just fine.

    I loose the chat client every time I go to the Refraction Map .... As DO stated the chat client function will be disabled .... Here is the response from Support to assist:


    As for the chat issue, presently there is nothing we can do about this except lift your IP ban when you contact us. Our current chat system has numerous issues right now, and a new system is in the works which should alleviate those problems. However, until the new system is ready and released, there is nothing more we can do.

    I hope this helps as PSK~SUNDANCE has stated send Support you IP which you can Google by typing ' My IP ' into your search bar
