    It's been refreshing playing this event, but I'm frustrated that you put a group gate in the mix. Why... because support can't seem to fix my chat program. I've put the required requests in, but my chat is not fixed. They sure didn't waste any time sending the follow up support surveys, which I answered appropriately...

    Kind of hard to build a group when you can't chat with the few other players on the server at the moment... Feel like I'm penalized because the game is broken.
