[TEI] Unplayable Terrorgate

Dear Support,
im kinda surprised, that in the ingamechat everybody is talking about the case, that the terrorgate is "unplayable" - and thats not just for a few minutes now.
It feels like you have a ping beyond 1000 ms - so yea unplayable..

But I find neither any official statement about this "incident" nor anything what causes it.
There is also no information available, what you guys plan to do about it, like a server restart or a bugfix.. Just nothing.

It might happen, that things go wrong - but I'm not satisfied with the way, how you deal with it. And many people pay for this game.

I planned to finish the gate in a certain time frame because im very busy in reallife - but it seems i cant - like many other people.

If you write something here there wont be hundreds people spamming you with support requests, if they search in the forum...

This is my opinion. Think about it. Deal with the problem please.

was stuck in the gate for 10 mins lol don't know if i was getting hit or i had to run into he rad zone to died and that took 2 mins

 

I had 2 lags during the gate and got killed. I did finish the gate. I got some good rewards. all in all a good gate just takes time and or lots of ammo. But the level 4 pet stuff at the end it worth it to me.

 

I play on GE 1. Not only is the lag awful. PET does not move or work properly.Will not auto loot and only shoots sometimes in guard mode
I thought maybe it was due to a high volume of players so I decided to try again at an off peak hour to see how it compares.

 

Server restart is 11:30 PM my time . Started playing Vortex approx. 7:30AM server time. So far so good.PET is working properly and there is no discernable lag. Whether it was fix at restart or lower player volume I can't say. But, it seems to be working now.

 

Tried playing again at 5:30PM server time and it's bad again . Got popped by first wave of lordakia half a space map away.

it happened to me last night. last wave of vortex

 

I am on US East 1. I did not have any issues the last time they did this event and so far after doing it last night.....still no issues it ran just fine.

 

I am stuck in Vortex Gate and nothing around. Almost had the UFO finished and then screen went white. Signed back on several times and stuck in Vortex nothing around.

You will need to wait until the gate resets should you get stuck or lose all the lives.
