[TI] 3rd party tool detector not working right.

  1. Hello! Yesterday i was logged in esport game center (usually i play at home) doing gate. I was playing like 30min less or more but its suddenly disconnected my back page is also logged out and i tried to login again but its says caught using bot. I never used some other tools but why its detected using bot. Looks like its some bug can you guys check whats happened. Sorry for my bad english. Thank you!

  2. These issues are only addressed via SUPPORT. There is nothing that can be done in the forums.

    Plead you case with SUPPORT and if you are lucky you might get the account back, but that is only MIGHT.
     
  3. Thank you for replay. Support tells they cant handle this lol. Cant understand this why theres support.
     
  4. It has been a question to be asked forever and never been answered to date. IF you were improperly accused of using CHEATS and have NOT used them you can continue asking for a further revue of the account to see if it was correctly banned or not. You might get a Mod to send information on your behalf if you include your server information with the above information.

    BUT if you have used any outside software, or played AFK you may find it difficult to get the account back. I will say this is not the first account that has been reported (on this last ban cycle) to have been falsely accused/banned.
