[TI] 6 months

Well Big Point, its been over 6 months since I brought this to your attention. The ore rate on the USWest server is not producing at the rate it should. Your people have been unable to find anything wrong even when I've shown you that even bye Big points figures Us2 is far less than
Us1 and GB1. These figures are directly available from skylab, and while us1 and Gb1 are identical, Us2 is not. Support says there's nothing wrong. Now there is no reason that you cant set these figures to anything you like, but until you tell me that's the case, I am going to continue to claim the settings for skylab ore processing in US2 are off and needs to be fixed.

 

Since Support says nothing is wrong, there won't be anything that can be done here in the forums. Its the same as they saying they have scrips for Bots. Neither problem is being addressed as they don't know how to fix the issue, at least not at this time. Be ready for mods to close as you already discussed with Support, to no avail or not.

 

THERE WAS a time in which Big point was on the ball and cared about solving problems and errors, but I can see that's no longer the case. I know people are leaving in droves and its no longer like the good old days, but don't expect me to throw a brass farthing to Bigpoint anymore.
