[TI] Auction captcha not displaying

    Hi, after bidding too quickly earlier today, I got the popup message asking me to complete a captcha in order to continue placing bids. However, the captcha itself is not displayed in the popup -- there is only the send and cancel buttons. Even if I log out and back in, the popup still appears on the first bid I try to place, so I am currently completely unable to use the auction. I found a previous thread where another user encountered the same issue:

    I tried the fixes mentioned in the thread: disabling adblocker, enabling javascript, clearing my cache, and trying to use firefox instead of chrome, but none of these worked. I even tried logging in on another computer and trying chrome, firefox, and internet explorer but the captcha did not show up there either.
    Are there any other possible fixes for the issue? If not, will the captcha popup go away if I do not use the auction for some time?

    Same for me. I wrote to support. Will go recheck if it is fixed :)

    Hello Lumoid,

    Thank you all for assisting the user with their concern. There was a hotfix implemented yesterday that should have resolved this issue.
