[TI] Auction House- Took the credits, without giving the ammo

Hello, and first let me say thank you for helping me or attempting to help me.....

I've never had a problem with the auction house...

This past auction, i bid on a SAB-50 ammo, and MCB-50 ammo, and also a resource booster. All together, these items took 7,000 out of my account, my credits went from 12,000,000 and down to 5,000,000.... upon the auction ending, i always check my mail, because you either get a mail saying you have won this item!! or you were outbid on this item...

i have 0 new emails. no mails saying i was outbid, no mails saying i won the items. Also, the items weren't credited to my account..

In reality, its 7 million credits... and its seriously not the end of the world to me... but i would like to know if this has happened to other pilots, and if this is an ongoing issue...

yes, i am upset about loosing the 7 million credits.. but ill get them back.... its just frustrating because there should be no reason for me to have lost these credits...

I don't know if it helps, but the auction in which i lost my credits, was 2017-01-18 7:15:00
