    Beta Gate has timed me out once altogether and lagged out on me aswell and caused me to lose 2 lives in the gate which as I lost 1 myself made me lose my gate altogether ...can someone resolve this for me please ...id like my gate back was on last wave aswell :(

    Hello Styles_Clash,

    Sorry to hear about your lost gate. In the event that a player has failed a gate. It is possible to contact support and request a courtesy gate reset. Courtesy gate resets are available to players every 30 days, however the player must contact support with 48 hours of the gate being failed. Players are only given 1 courtesy gate reset every 30 days.
