[TI] Boosters gone

So....

After todays server restart, some of my boosters dissapeared:

-Regular Hp booster(had like 35 days left)
-Shared damage booster(had like 45 days left)

Anyone have an idea of whats happening?

 

No clue exactly either. A guy on Teamspeak also told me that he lost his shared damage, shield, and HP booster. Should be another bug c:

Don't worry, be patient. In a year or two people will be credited back the boosters...xD

nearly 5 hour now and all my booster are burning and not working ...what going on and still no comments from darkorbit dev team

 

I hope they fix this fast.. this is some serious issue...

 

same here brought three pages of boosters when it woz on special offer still have 11days and 1 hour left on shields booster but damage has gone will there be a fix or compo for down time and loss of ammo 38227655 gb1 server

 

Deffo needs to be compensation.... If you dont want people to shoot npcs/players close the servers untll its sorted if not they need compensating for ammo lose as theyd have gained more uri with the booster and used less ammo this is really annoying.
we just want to play a bug free game ...

 

I bought BO2 boosters -damage,shield and hp . Plus triple pack booster are not stacking
According to DO bible Damage 10% max 50%
shield 25% max 100%
HP 10% max 50%
They only show as one booster on space map window and more days , as if they are being used consecutively instead of concurrent.
Patience is not a virtue I have in great quantity so I hope this will be resolved and ALL players compensated for the inconvenience and monetary loss.

 

The boosters state you will buy a 10 hour damage shield and HP boosters, doesn't say anything about them being stacked. The more you buy the longer they last is all. Enjoy

 

So how do you get to max capacity if they do not stack?

 

So... i got my boosters back on my global europe 1 account like 12 hours ago.

But im still waiting on my global america 1 account... its normal that it takes this long?
Also im expecting them to give back all the time of boosters that i lost:

45 days of Shared damage booster.
35 days of Normal hitpoints booster.

It's unfortunate but I doubt you will get your 15/5 days of shared damage/normal hitpoint boosters back.
It also seems like if you didn't login at Thursday during 2 PM - 6 PM (UTC+2 time zone) you won't get them back. Pretty weird not to give people their boosters back because they didn't login during those hours. Don't see why not give them back.

 

I have 2 accs, 1 on ge1 and another 1 on ga1.
I logged on both those accs when the boosters dissapeared.
My ge1 acc got his boosters back like 12 hours ago.
My ga1 acc is still waiting.

I was playing on ga1 when they restarted the server and when the boosters went missing, after seeing that the boosters were gone, i logged on my ge1 to check, and the boosters were also gone.

I dont understand why my ga1 is not getting the boosters back...

PD: i guess ill wait until the ga1 daily restart and then write to suport if the boosters are still missing.

 

Same here on USA West server I had a lot of time left on double boost of EP, Honor, Rep, Sreg, HP, Shield, CD-BO2 now pretty much gone. My standard boosters Sgeg, Rep were not given back I run them all and paid for them all they need to fix there messes.
