[TI] Bug in game: missing Ships design

Hi , i miss in Hangar few ships , i use to got Iron Goliath (which i pay for) and hes not listed in hangar , also got Agies ocean design with i can not assemble because i own one , but in Hangar is not listed . please see what you can do .

I have already 29 designs of ships and i know i missing few

 

I dont actually have either of those and so I am not certain but the Ocean I believe is a simple cosmetic (no special skills) and therefore you will find this in a dropdown on the ship it is to cover, in this case an Aegis or Aegis Elite or whatever... The Iron if it also is a simple cosmetic will be found by the dropdown on the Goli... Im replying asap but am not certain of these 2 designs so if I am wrong Im sure someone will correct me...

Then you dont have the base ship... if you dont have the simple Goli then the Iron still exists but cannot be used until you have the necessary Goli or possibly Aegis... therefore the question would be did you actually own the base ships at any time?

Iron just a cosmetic for Basic Goliath
Go to Hangar Searh and click to Basic Goliath left side above information list you will see what cosmetic you have for basic goli

 

Someone can help me? I finish Delta gate and I received 1GOLIAT CENTAUR (but I have already centaur goliath )Goliath Surprise Pack: One Centaur, Peacemaker, Sovereign, Vanquisher, or Surgeon Goliath design. (Please keep in mind that should you already own one of these, you will not receive a duplicate identical design.) The Cosmetics can be seeen only when looking at the Base ship it is designed for. Iron is a skin for the Goliath and Ocean is for A-Elite, when you have selected these ships you will have a drop down menu appear and then you can see the Skins you own for that ship.

They say they will not award Duplicate ships, but they do not say they will award a ship with every gate completed either. There has been an issue since the first Special Reward Weekend where they are showing the design you would have been given (if you did not have it) but it does not say you will receive a ship you do not already own either. This reward weekend thing is misleading and just a ruse to get more people doing Gates on weekends and less people in the maps. The only ship they are giving away that I do not already have is the Centaur and if I was trying to get it from this reward I would probably have to do 25 Gates to win it and at that rate I could have bought it instead.

If you really think about it, these rewards are really not worth the effort unless you already had the gate built and got the extra for doing it during one of these special rewards things. To make them for the hopes of getting what you want is just foolish.

Sorry we gave you the information to help you, had you stated it in the OP then we could have stated the appropriate response.

This being said, the Iron Design, did you own this at the time of the Hangar change or is it something you bought recently? Did you save the receipt for the "Purchase" or was it from Shop when you bought it?

The Ocean design did you assemble it or win it? If assembled did you click to "Complete" the assembly? (I know you probably already know this is needed) Check you logbook and see if the award of the design shows in the current sections to send a screenshot to Support.

Posting User ID, Ship Name, Server Played, would be a way to allow the mods to attempt to help you in the forums otherwise a message to Support is the only way to get this corrected.

 

I know all about where to look , problem is there is not anything there , i already check all this and still nothing , this is reason i wrote this massage , but guys thank you , i somehow nsed to find support from the admins

 

Thank you very much , yes i did all checking few times and i finish assembly i have on the screen ,You already have that design and only one can be owned , but is not listed anywhere , also Iron design i buy and i have receipt so where to get support ? i can not find anywhere on any page of Dark Orbit ? Now i can not even post anything , its saying Gateway problem with posting massages . hm

Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. As stated above, the Iron Goliath is a design for the base(original) Goliath ship. In your hangar Activate the base Goliath and you will see it in the listed scroll down menu for you to select. If you are still missing the design we ask that you please Clear your Cache and relog if you have not done so already.

If the above attempts have been made and no success we ask that you please Contact Support for further Guidance and Assistance.
